Only existing Texas Book Company retail accounts with approved userid and password can gain access to the site.

Can I cancel or change an order after I have completed the form on the website?
Yes. If you have completed the website order and discover you have made an error or would like to cancel the entire order, just call 1-800-527-1016 and the customer service specialist will assist you.

Can I review a previous order placed on the website?
No. The site is currently only able to allow you to place an order.

In the event of a short, when will I be notified?
Notification will be made immediately upon notification of the short. The shipping department will attempt to contact you through Easylink, fax, or telephone.

How often is the inventory updated?
Inventory is updated periodically throughout the day.

If I select an order to "ship now", when will my order be shipped?
A "ship now" order must be placed in the queue to ensure shipping that day. TBC will make every effort to expedite orders placed after 2 p.m., dependent upon freight schedules, otherwise they will be shipped the following business day.

What if I am unsure and select an incorrect ship date for an existing bin?
If you click "add to existing bin" and that number does not match our records, we will contact you directly for clarification.

Are there discounts for purchasing old editions (OE's)?
Yes. You must contact our order department and ask for special billing. Otherwise, you will be billed at the regular discounts (30% new - 50% used).
