Can I cancel or change an order after I have completed the form on the website?
Yes. If you have completed the website order and discover you have made an error or would like to cancel the entire order,
just call 1-800-527-1016 and the customer service specialist will assist you.
Can I review a previous order placed on the website?
No. The site does not allow this option at this time.
In the event of a short, when will I be notified?
Customers will be advised immediately upon notification of the short from the fulfillment department. They will attempt to contact you through E-mail, Easylink, fax or telephone.
How often is the inventory updated?
Inventory is updated immediately upon receipt in the receiving department.
If I select an order to "ship now", when will my order be shipped?
Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the
same day. Those placed after 2:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day.
What if I am unsure and select an incorrect ship date for an existing bin?
If you click "add to existing bin" and that number or ship date does not match our records, we will contact you for clarification.
Are there discounts for purchasing old editions (OE's)?
Old Editions are billed at 50% off new or used unless prior arrangements have been made to bill at deep discount. You can contact customer service
to arrange this. Old editions billed at deep discounts are not eligible for return.
